Exciting opportunities for Mortgage Advisers.

Working in a busy estate agency branch, you will have access to a large volume of prospects. In addition you will be well supported with referrals and appointments made by your agency colleagues. You will already be a qualified mortgage adviser with a track record of selling mortgage and insurance products.


* Basic salary £20k plus commission OTE £32k yr 1 Thereafter uncapped expected £40k plus

* Avg case value £1600

* 5 cases completed per month at Avg. case value will produce Income £32k p.a Thats´ just over 1 per week!

* 21-26 days holiday

* 37.5 hour week

We are interested in candidates who have:

* At least 2 years mortgage experience

* Must have mortgage broking experience

* Team Players

* Planning & Organising skills

* Thorough knowledge of Mortgage, Life and General Insurance products.

* Influencing & selling skills

* Knowledge of financial services industry.

* IT literate

* Excellent communication skills
