- If you have issues with editing or producing a CV, we will work with you to produce an edited and effective CV.
- We will discuss with you the opportunities presented by each vacancy and provide you with an insight into the company and role.
- We will forward your details to current vacancies that you're interested in.
When an interview is arranged, we will ensure you have all the available information about the organisation beforehand.
- It’s imperative that you provide us with feedback as soon as possible after your interview. If this is positive and you’re interested in the position, we will ensure that your enthusiasm and feedback is relayed to our client. If employers are interested in you, they will often call us within an hour of conducting the first interview and can be disappointed to discover if we have not yet received feedback from the candidate.
- You can draw up a list of companies that you're interested in working for but where there are no current advised vacancies. We will make approaches on your behalf on a speculative basis, either with full disclosure and a CV or on a no-name basis.
In addition to interviewing, preparing CVs and marketing exercises, we spend a lot of our time liaising with our clients to market our services. We are continually networking to keep abreast of current issues and opportunities
